The hospital is always bustling, but the work-oriented Josie loves every minute of it. That is, until an elderly woman and her strikingly attractive son are brought in with early signs of a heart attack. Although she loves her job, her life is thrown for a loop by this interaction.
Josie is not swayed by the man’s good looks or sweet intentions toward his mother. In fact, she hardly pays him any attention at first. After she finishes taking care of his mother, she gets flowers as a thank you the next day, trying to use his charm that falls on uninterested ears—Could a man work his way into Josie’s life? No matter how attractive the high school teacher was, Josie does not want to get hurt again.
Can Blake get her to see that love does exist?
