First Lady Destiny Strong is not handling things all that well these days. Her only son, Scott, has left for the Navy and she’s so heartbroken until her husband seeks help for his wife. After a few sessions with Pastor/Dr. Rosalee Day, for emotional and spiritual healing, Destiny’s finding out that there’s more to life than being a wife and a mother.
At the suggestion of her husband, Pastor Roderick Prince Strong, she’s found something to do. She is now the chairlady of Faith Temple Cathedrals’ First Annual Mother’s Day Banquet.
Destiny enlists the help of her friends and others who have signed up to help. Although the day before the banquet isn’t drama free; it’s filled with love, support, and life lessons.
This will definitely be a Mother’s Day banquet like no other, where women will discover they are worth…More Than Diamonds.
