My journey into the purposeful pursuit of Wholistic Well Being started around eleven years ago. My depression looked and felt black. I wanted a change. Every now and then I learned to focus on what I WANTED and what made me happy. Learning how to "INTEND" was the next natural Inheritance. "Every now and then" ripened into SOMETIMES... "Sometimes" became a LIFESTYLE. This is the reality that transformed and morphed me and my life to what it is now & it keeps getting better.
The actual physical format of the book is 100% me... from cover to cover & straight to the point. There are no page numbers because each word, sentence, or paragraph is a story in itself. All in the hopes that it will help, inspire, motivate someone, somewhere. The book is meant to give inspiration to the possibility of change no matter the situation. The mistakes in the book were my therapy... understanding that it is ok to be perfectly imperfect.
