Seguro can’t remember anything about his past. The only thing he recalls is his name. Luckily, he was taken in by the Great Sage, Felko, an old man skilled in many combat techniques. And he has given him a task. Trusted with retrieving an item kept secret for thousands of years, Seguro embarks on a journey to the Fire Caverns, where it is allegedly located. It’s too bad things didn’t go as planned.

Upon arriving and discovering the item, a mysterious woman appears and steals it from him by force. Nearly dead from their encounter, Seguro escapes and warns Felko of the ordeal, where he is met with a surprise. The Great Sage already knows who stole the item and has half-expected them to do so. Now, they must do everything in their power to get it back. But something isn’t right. Why does Seguro get the feeling he’s not being told everything? Oh, and for some reason, everyone he comes across wants him dead...
