In the time of witch trials and fear Sarah Whittleburg has a secret to protect. Her, not so kind, caretaker Sabastian Hughes has made it known that he intended to make her his wife. To protect her secret from such a crude man she runs off to start a life of her own; far away from Sabastian Hughes. Sabastian is unable to take her rejection and hires a man to find Sarah and bring her back to him.
